All of our tenants are single people in supported housing who are willing and able to start living independently. Due to London’s severe lack of social housing, it is virtually impossibly for these people to find a home. Councils and Registered Social Landlords are concerned with housing families in larger properties. This means that there are thousands of people who are unable to find somewhere to live.
We’re keen to make the transition from supported housing as smooth as possible. As part of our service, we provide resettlement training and ongoing support for all of our tenants. This means that both landlords and tenants benefit from an additional level of support.
