Typically, accessing the private rented sector is difficult for people moving out of supported accommodation who may be on a low income or benefits. Real Lettings negotiates rent levels with all of our landlords to ensure that should you need to claim full entitlement to housing benefit, you will be able to. All of our properties rent levels are within Local Housing Allowance eligible. This means, should you need to, you will be able to cover your rent with Local Housing Allowance (Housing Benefit).

If you begin working, Real Lettings’ properties will still be affordable to you. Many of our tenants who are working are still entitled to some Local Housing Allowance (housing benefit). Your Resettlement Worker can help you to calculate your entitlements and do a better off calculation.
