If you’re in a hostel or supported housing within one of our funding boroughs, you’re eligible for our services. Ask your keyworker or support worker to help fill out a referral form and we’ll get in touch within 10 working days. Please contact us for a referral form.
You must be living in supported housing on one of the borough listed below to be eligible.
