Real Lettings is a social enterprise set up by the homelessness charity Broadway. We are looking for enthusiastic, proactive people to join the Real Lettings team to work with our tenants.

Real Lettings procures properties from private landlords and lets them to people who are in need of a home. Real Lettings is an exciting initiative and we are looking for people to join our expanding team.
 
The role - You will work to support Real Lettings tenants to move into their new properties, negotiate with landlords and ensure that tenancies are sustained. Leading on specific projects you will be proactive in sourcing properties and working with landlords as well as working with our clients in a sensitive yet assertive way to ensure that the best outcomes are achieved.

You will have a thorough understanding of working with vulnerable people and a proactive approach to your work.  Above all, you must have genuine enthusiasm for helping to grow Real Lettings, a crucial means for raising Broadway’s profile and furthering our work with homeless people.
