Croydon Council put together a very interesting programme of talks for their local landlords, the forum itself including presentations on the Empty Property Grants and Loans which are currently available, an update from the Housing Benefit team and - as aforementioned - a spot for Real Lettings to showcase our Private Sector Leasing Scheme.

The afternoon started and ended with refreshments and an opportunity to mingle and chat with exhibitors and council staff.

We'd like to thank London Borough of Croydon for inviting us to exhibit and present and even more thanks to the landlords in attendance for listening to and engaging with us with such interest.

We look forward to reconnecting with all those landlords who took away information packs or left contact deails with us.
