How the Tenant Introduction service with Real Lettings works:

Step 1: Contact Real Lettings and speak to one of our Property Negotiators who will answer any initial queries you have and arrange a viewing of your property.

Step 2: We come and view your property, discuss the service and conduct a full Health and Safety inspection to ensure it is safe for you to let.

Step 3: Real Lettings will market your property for free to all of our vetted tenants. 
Viewings will be arranged with the prospective tenants and a member of the Real Lettings team will carry out each viewing.

Step 4: Once a suitable tenant is found we will put together the tenancy agreement and arrange for it to be signed by both parties. You will receive your incentive payment two weeks after the start of the tenancy and rent payments approximately 6 weeks later.
