How do I lease my property to Real Lettings?

Step 1: Contact Real Lettings and speak to one of our Property Negotiators who will answer any initial queries you have and arrange a viewing of your property.

Step 2: We visit you at your property and advise you of any maintenance work that may need to be undertaken prior to us leasing the property from you.

Step 3: You inform us when the property is ready and we arrange for our Property Manager to produce the Photographic Inventory and Schedule of Condition. This ensures that we hand the property back to you in the same condition. 
 

Step 4: We sign the Lease Agreement. You hand us all the necessary paperwork and three sets of keys. You will receive your first payment two weeks after the Lease has been signed and monthly thereafter for the whole period of the lease.
