Our Partners
Real Lettings would like to thank the organisations and individuals who support us. It is your help and support that makes our work possible.
We would like to say a special thank you to:

The Monument Trust has long had a concern for people at risk through their experience of homelessness and its attendant problems. It is very keen to assist genuine innovations that enable people to realise their sense of personal identity and aspiration, with strong family and social networks, and better chances for their own home life, work and wellbeing.
The trust’s support to Real Lettings has allowed us to continue to grow the service and expand. At a time when no other support or funding was available, the Monument Trust saw the potential of Real Lettings and has enabled us to be what we are now, for which we are extremely grateful. The Monument Trust is one of the eighteen Sainsbury Family Charitable Trusts.
L&Q Chief Executive David Montague said: "L&Q’s social mission is about more than just providing good quality, affordable homes. We also need to offer the support and services that will enable people to live independently, enjoy their homes and integrate with their local community.
This often means developing relationships with specialist providers who understand and can respond to the specific needs of vulnerable client groups.
Broadway do an incredible job in helping homeless people and the Good Neighbour Scheme is an initiative that L&Q is very keen to support.
By working together I’m sure this scheme can be a great success and will help many Real Lettings tenants ease back into the community and give them a real boost as they progress along the road to independent living."
Jeffrey Adams, Group Chief Executive, United House, said: "Working with Broadway has been an important part of the company’s corporate social responsibility programme. Building and updating homes are at the heart of the United House business. The natural synergies between its work and the work undertaken by Broadway has provided an excellent platform for the partnership.
The overall aim of the relationship is to focus expertise to support homeless people and those at risk of homelessness in London, and specifically within the City of London. United House work with Broadway to deliver practical support to help people turn their lives around rather than simply change their immediate situation.
We facilitate services, not through direct financial aid to Broadway but through gifts in kind and providing fundraising and networking opportunities. We have supported Real Lettings by providing practical support through the refurbishment and updating of properties being sourced for letting. Real Lettings provides an excellent opportunity for people in the property industry to make a tangible difference to the lives of homeless people in London."
