We're very open-minded about the properties we lease so just give us a call, arrange for us to come and see your property and we can assess the property on its own individual merits.

At Real Lettings in London and Real Lettings South, our property needs change and develop regularly, in line with developments in our services and tenant demand. What else you need to know -

We take properties UNFURNISHED. We just ask that there are good quality carpets or wood flooring and curtains/blinds throughout.  A cooker and refridgerator should both supplied in the kitchen; preferably new but in any event in clean and good working order, 

If you are happy to provide a washing machine we would appreciate it but its not required of you as part of our Terms of Business.
