Real Lettings South is a partnership between the homelessness charity Two Saints and our founding charity Broadway.

Through Two Saints, Real Lettings South are providing landlord's with a Leasing Scheme, similar to that of Real Lettings in London, and are helping homeless people in the Hampshire and West Berkshire areas move into privately rented flats.

Real Lettings South require properties in the following areas:

HAMPSHIRE including (but not restricted to): Southampton, Portsmouth, Fareham, Gosport, Havant, New Forest

WEST BERKSHIRE including (but not restricted to): Newbury, Thatcham and Hungerford.

Predominately the Real Lettings South scheme requires studio and one bedroom properties but there is also a need for two bedroom properties in some areas.
